RETHINKING

As you know, we ended 2019 with an never seen natural event : a very hight floor (Acqua Alta) and started the year 2020 by rethinking the place of human in the city of Venice and the global world.

So, mid of January, Olivier Perpoint curated the ACCI Forum (Art, Culture and Creative Industries Forum) at the ESCP Business School – Paris. The thematic was ‘BEING CREATIVE IN POST TRUE ERA TIME – Bridging the gap between …..’. The speakers selected gave the vision of the new global interractions far away from stereotypes of the mainstream ideologia and business models. (learn more)

In Venice, we did a soft opening with a trunk show and events for selected guests. Then, Venice and Italy were lockdown.

HUMAN

Human is the heart of the cultural project of ICI International Cultural Institute by helping to discover unknown culture, ermerging artits, … and create very special interractions with you.

Thank you so much to follow us in this ICI adventure.

For this reason, we decided to do not be present online in this corona virus lockdown period. Being together in the real life is more important.

So, we give you ‘Rendez-vous in Venice’ soon when everything will be back to a new ‘normal’ situation in Europe and in the world. We hope that this unexpected situation will bring strong new behaviours and action from politics, citizens, visitors in cities as Venice but also worldwide.

ACTING

With our historic partners such as François Pannier and Adrien Veil (association ARCH), Profesore Beggiora (Università Ca’ Foscari), Fallani Venezia, Davide Fuin, Amy West, Giovani da Ponte, the team of ICINE, Museo Nacional de Artes Decorativas de la Habana – Cuba, artists, creatives,… we are working to offer you new experiences.

ACTION

End of febbuary – begining of March 2020, at the begining of the crisis in Venice, we decided to do not stop !

Our exhibition space ICI VENICE – MAGAZZINO DEL CAFFE became THE ARTIST’S STUDIO – VENICE & THE COLLECTORS’S ROOM – VENICE.

ICI VENICE – MAGAZZINO DEL CAFFE’ has always been a place to discover artists, creatives, unknown cultures and also allways placed human in the heart of its projects.

In this post true era time, the world of art needs more support than ever. So the board of ICI International Cultural Institute decided to give a new orientation of its project in Venice – Italy. Becoming THE ARTIST’S STUDIO – VENICE & COLLECTOR’S ROOM, ICI VENICE offers a way to creatives and artists to work in this amazing and unic city. (Learn More)
